David Williams joined R Construction Company in 2011 as CFO. David has held leadership positions for nearly 40 years in a vast array of industries such as construction, infrastructure, pharmaceutical, and steel manufacturing. David has maintained a CFO role for nearly 20 years.

Brody brings over 18 years of experience in construction to his current role as President of Civil Construction, a position he has held since 2014. Prior to that, Maedgen served as the Vice President of Civil Operations along with various management positions throughout his career. Brody attended Texas A&M and received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He is also a registered PE with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.

Kevin’s career spans over 30 years in the Health, Safety and Environmental field, including 20 years in the U.S Army, proudly serving our country.  Kevin joined R Construction as the Director of Safety in 2019.  Purington received his Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University as well as being certified as an Associate Safety Professional (ASP) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).

Prior to joining R Construction Company in 2015, Mrs. Fleck practiced civil litigation with Ted A. Cox, P.C. for 15 years. She represented individuals, businesses and municipal utility districts in court at every level. Mrs. Fleck earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Texas Arlington in 1994 and Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law in 2000.
